She began her career assisting the most requested stylist in Redlands, where she mastered advanced color techniques and precision placement. Most recently, she earned her certification from Erik as a Blonde Balayage Specialist, solidifying her reputation for creating seamless, dimensional blondes.

Mikayla’s specialties include blonde balayage, block color placement, and vivid, dimensional colors that make a bold statement while staying wearable. She has a special love for the final styling moment—when her clients see their new look and their confidence instantly soars.
